St Peter - United Church of Christ - Lake Zurich Illinois

There will be parking for high school students available at Saint Peter United Church of Christ for the school year 2008-2009. Applications are now being accepted on a first come first served basis.
If you are interested, please follow these directions:
Print out, fill out and send in the application form and the waiver form that you can access on line by the links in this sentence. All applicants for a space (as long as spaces are available) will be notified by mail with an agreement (application) and waiver form for the space for the year.

The fee per space for the 2008-2009 school year for students who are not (or whose parents are not) regular attendees of St. Peter United Church of Christ is $200.00; for those who are, the fee is $100. No requests will be taken by phone.

A link is provided to a page that 1ists 1) paid applicants as of Aug. 13th and 2) those to whom applications have been sent but no paid application has been received as of Aug. 13th. The mailing of parking stickers to those who have paid by Aug. 13th is ready to go out as soon as the spaces have been successfully painted with numbers, which is planned for completion between Aug. 14th and Aug. 21st. Applications that are received after Aug. 13th will be processed and mailed out as soon as practical.
